you use a secure system?
Yes. We use
PayPal, a reputable world
wide payment company that encrypts your
credit card number for
you. After payment they always send you a receipt of
your transaction and we get one too, so that we can
then make sure you get the books your ordered..

Friday 9-6pm UK time). However we cannot take card
payments over the phone.
How long does it take for my books to reach me?
We despatch from stock normally within 48 hours
(unless we're on holiday and then we it can be up to
two weeks). Books are sent second class
post or air mail.
Do you only accept sterling
currency?
If you use PayPal to
buy your books, you can pay with any
currency and they convert it into

I live outside the UK. How would you
post my books to me?
We use the air mail service at
the Post Office.
I want to buy your book as a present.
How long does it take to reach me?
Orders from stock are normally
despatched within 48 hours using second
class post. Unless we're all on a
prize winning holiday! Then its a
little bit longer. If you don't get any
response from the phone line, don't panic,
we'll be away and will deal with all
orders on return. You can

Do you pass on my details to
other companies?
No. We simply don't believe in
it. Your details are kept private for the
sole purpose of processing and despatching
your order. We are registered in the
UK with the Data Protection Act.
